1. Agreement To Terms
By accessing our website (www.cpacloudkeeper.com) or subscribing to any bookkeeping, payroll, financial statement preparation, or CPA white-label outsourcing services provided by CPA Cloud Keeper, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope Of Services & Client Responsibilities
CPA Cloud Keeper, Inc. provides professional back-office bookkeeping, payroll compliance, and financial reporting services based on information provided by the client:
- Accuracy of Client Documents: Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely bank statements, receipts, and payroll registers.
- Non-Audit Services: Unless explicitly contracted, our bookkeeping services do not constitute a formal CPA financial audit or legal opinion under State Board rules.
- White-Label NDA Agreements: For CPA practices, all client work is processed under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements ensuring 100% white-label confidentiality.
3. Billing & Payment Terms
Service plans (Starter Plan $299/mo, Growth Plan $599/mo, Enterprise Custom) are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payments processed via our integrated secure payment gateway (including Razorpay checkout) are non-refundable once the monthly billing cycle commences. You may modify or cancel your subscription with a 30-day written notice.
4. Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall CPA Cloud Keeper, Inc. or its directors, employees, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from late or inaccurate client document submissions. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total service fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding any claim.
